Worst sercice
It's sad to see that a bank that been around for sometime. That launches a new division Fnb connect. Where the service is the worst. Here I thought Telkom was bad with them been unable to do much at a branch level Fnb put the cherry on the cake.
For 3 days I've been trying to blacklist a single phone up to this point still no reference number ITC. Which is need to open a a police case file. Also needed to make a insurance claim.
With only days to make a insurance claim and been given a run about. Phone the customer care who takes all details down. Just to be told it will be escalated to admin... What 47 hours and no ITC number. Phone in again to do a follow-up just to get told no response from admin.. They will escalate it again to admin. I then phone this afternoon to see what happen to see if I can find out directly by this so called admin department who apperantly don't take calls. Just to get told that there no response from admin cause the first person didn't take all the correct details down. That they require different info... I make a trip home to get this info just to be cut off by the consultant. Phone again now the whole story changes I've apparently been talking to the wrong department from day 1. Just to be told I need to phone a different department.
1st consult put me on hold for sometime could wait to long as still have to get back to work. Did one more attempt got through was put on hold again for 10 minutes. Just to be told ITC should be sent by the end of today. 17:09 still no ITC number
