Worst response ever

<p>So i have household and car insurance with you guy. The household part has been good. But now this happens.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dad get followed to work from airport, get ******. Now I get a reply saying I'm the only primary driver for all the guys, I get a ******* response from Dorcas Chauke saying parents are noted as "additional" drivers and there is no word "additional" on the policy, we are family of 3 and naturally we should be all primary drivers on all vehicles and thats how it was policy was explained to me (that are noted as drivers). </p> <p> </p> <p>How can my parents not be covered in their own car?</p>
