worst product ever
I got a jawbone up from fnb.
What a terrible quality product! I got my band last year in June and the bracelet part is already broken in 3 different places. It tends to fall off super quickly which caused me to almost lose it a few times. I really regret not buying one of the more competitive fit devices. Unlike others jawbone can't even read heart rate at a precise moment which sets this product on the back line if you compare it to other likewise products.
I contacted Jawbone regarding this and their answer were the following: We understand that you are not happy with the situation but please, let's keep this chat professional. At this time per our warranty, we can only support some countries, and only if the device was sold by an authorized seller. We have no authorized sellers in South Africa and we are unable to offer any kind of warranty support there. Since troubleshooting will not fix a ripped band, we are limited in what we can do.We advise that you reach out to the seller and see if you have any warranty options with them.
After contacted FNB i was advised that they also cant assist because it's out of warranty.
This is unbelievable. I now have to pay 8 months still for a bad product which is almost unusable
