Worst Private Banking Service - Stay far away

This is the second time I've had a bad experience with the private client service, to the point that I'm completely swtiching away from FNB and moving all my products away.

Their private bankers are almost never available, they take forever to resolve any issues.

There are countless mistakes their agents make, causing you to refill in forms because they send you the incorrect forms. They can't even clearly assist you with their products.

I'm done with FNB and so glad to have moved away to Standard Bank, who's private bankers are actually available to assist and eager to resolve your issues.

FNB doesn't really care for their private clients, they are understaffed and undertrained and are more eager to sell you products like estate management which was offered on signing up so they can take 10% of your estate when you die.

Stay far away from them if you need private banking services.
