Worst Private Bank

I bank with RMB which is a division of FNB. It's an absolute joke and pathetic the service. I app**** and qualified for a facility in July 2020. However every time I want to proceed it's just excuses, no eta, just utter *******. The Manager for private banking for RMB is of no assistance and the private banker is completely lost in her job. Waste of money banking with any FNB or RMB private banking. No value, no service.
