Worst possible service ever to a new customer

Error after error and just generally pathetic service throughout the application process for a credit card. Complain and you get a useless non sensical response. Twice in a row. From a dedicated complaints resolution person even. Then they use useless couriers who don't artive on home, are rude and arrogant and won't accept the same ID document that was accepted to issue the card! And even after you bring if to their attention not even a call. I really can't do business with a company like this. Save yourself the pain and deal with a proper bank instead.
