Worst possible service & broken systems

I called FNB ( ********** 111)because my credit card expires in a month. Their automated system asked me to enter 6 last digits of my credit card. Then it said i had a 3rd last attempt to enter a pin - this is the first time in my life I would enter a pin on the phone, but I entered it (correctly) and it said it was the wrong pin... and blocked my card!

When a person started speaking to me, i asked them to report a fault with the system - they refused because the previous person they spoke to on the phone did not have a problem... and the issue must be with my telephone...

So:

a) They did not help to order a new card before the current one expires

b) They blocked my credit card on a Friday around 4:40pm

c) They refuse to report/escalate a technical fault

d) They refuse to undo the problems that was caused by calling them

I would have been better off not calling them at all... Now I have to go spend my lunch hour next week to stand in a queue at a bank.
