Worst Possible decision making for no apparent reason

I gave had personal loans with FB and since Covid and retrenchment, the accounts were handed over to LWM. I made arrangements with FNB and have been paying the accounts religiously every month enduring all sorts of harassments from telephone calls to emails to SMSs from LWM\ just to find out that the accounts have been moved again and every agent at FNB cannot tell me to who and why and then immediately puts me to rate the service line. SO i need to endure another company adding more interest on accounts i have been paying and no one can tell me why. Thank you for helping people that at least try back their due's further into the ground with no explanation
