WORST POSSIBLE BANK

By far the worst possible service received in all my years of banking. I haven't heard back after my complaint from over 2 weeks ago. That itself speaks volumes. The arrogance from staff is more appalling, when they are hired to do a job and service customers! They think they are doing you a favor! Wake up and smell the coffee FNB - you guys need to get with the times.
