Worst overall experience with fnb credit life

After getting retrenched, submitted my documents and was a 2 month process just to get it accepted after many hassles. Then a back a forth conversation between two people about it being a “simple process” by loading the transfer on their side. 2 weeks passed process was loaded for one month then stopped after that. Now it’s December, November wasn’t loaded since it’s so easy to load payments, and I’m getting messages from fnb about credit card being in arrears and fnb collections phoning the whole time.
