Worst or no Customer care or Service Very POOR !

I am completely and utterly disgusted by the service I have been getting from both online chat and via calls. I sent a chat waited for hours for someone to assist understanding volumes when I finally received assistance I did what I had to do and asked the agent ZANDISA to place stay with me to confirm receipt of documents before 5pm 16:31 to be exact then she ended the chat I called afterwards and spoke to ITUMELENG who was unale to assist and cut the call. Then I went back on chat as it is imperative that I get this resolved today. I was then told by PHUMZILE that the chat closes at 5pm and that I had to send another chat as I ended the chat while I was in the queue and could not be connected. I waiting very long for assistance. I must say that this was the worst customer experience ever
