Worst nightmare of my life !!!

I've had an Fnb funeral policy for almost three years , which i had covered my mother inlaw . who is a mother in-law : a mother to your husband . Now the bank is disputing the parental relationship which is really un understandable ? What is a mother definition : a woman in relation to her child or children. bring up (a child) with care and affection. give birth to. I really fail to understand all the painful space this Policy company had put us through knowing we grieving . The funeral is supposed to be tommorrow but due to unfair and un - empathetic Policy insurance we had to re-shedule until we have funds . i will never ever ever forget the pain this Policy has made for my family . knowing all along you have a policy , you covered innterms of difficult time but look now I'm facing a harder time of losing a mother , a grandmother to my children , a woman who made have a husband , I thought she deserve the best respect on her last day but now we facing dilemma . we have to go to loan sharks .
