Worst nightmare

Worst nightmare ever i had debit orders that couldn't be reversed in 2017 they offered me a new account. Boom 6 months down the their Atturnies are calling me saying my account its handed over. I make an arrangement with them n they got their money. No letter was send to n the debit oder went out . Took a loan with n it was granted now they double debited me while i am in a process of buying a car. These is real abuse
