Worst National Bank

All the services are overpriced. A 5 minute call with customer service used all my airtime which I think is crazy! You guys should provide a service when customers have queries. Your bank fees are overpriced just every service you provide is so overpriced compared to other banks. Money transfers from other banks seem to take longer than other banks as well. Been trying to get a bank statement of my deceased mother for 3 years now in order to sort out the estate. If i had enough time to write this review I could write a book but I'll leave you with this. Tip to everyone, use a different bank to these useless people.
