Worst National Bank

On the 29th of July 2020 I was offered a personal loan by FNB on my banking App. I accepted the offer on my banking App and on the 5th of August 2020 at exactly 14:38 I received a phone call from phone number *** which is a verified contact centre number for FNB personal loans.

I phoned personal loan multiple times requesting for that voice recording, however, each time I contacted FNB they referred me to the branch for the recording.

Today I went to the Killarney Mall FNB branch and the gentleman who was assisting me was quite professional and helpful however he had to request for the voice recording from personal loans but however personal loans refused to make that voice recording available to me.

Their disclaimer says calls will be made available upon request but that is not the case.

FNB do not practice what they preach.
