Worst mistake ever

Absolutely terrible service , i requested FNB to call me back to help me transfer funds from PayPal account to my business account no Response & then there is now a price increase for the business account from july , today they already started taking money off , they took off R109,00 and then R7,00 so i don't even know .. is it going to be a monthly cost or pay as you go

Im really Considering to switch , not happy at all
