Worst looking branch ever

What is up with FNB greenstone? The branch looks so basic, I'm sure the space could have been better utilized... Every time I've ever been, there is a 48 minute wait to see someone. Is your ticketing system actually monitoring performance of tellers? The place doesn't even look like a bank
