Worst interest rate for Home Loan

I am in the process of purchasing a house and all banks approved me with FNB being thee worst in terms of interest rates offered! I have been a loyal customer to FNB and this is second time they seemingly do not value my business as they have done the exact same thing on my recent car finance where I had to take MFC! This is very disappointing as I am now pondering at the possibility of moving business elsewhere. I am a qualifying Private Banker but seemingly that doesnt mean anything as far as they are concerned, utterly unacceptable!!!!
