Worst insurance ever. Absolute trash

Worst insurance ever. STAY AWAY... I've been trying call them for 2 weeks and the consultant dealing with my claim has not returned my calls. I was told I am not suppose to speak to the assessors about my claim but neither was their a report on the damaged ceiling.. they quickly said they can replace my geyser but when it came to the resultant water damage ceiling. They suggested to pain over it.

Absolute trash service and canceling with them
