Worst Insurance ever.

Terrible experience with this insurance division, should you claim they try by all means not to validate your claim, when they fail at that and have to fix your vehicle, they appoint substandard panel beaters. These people mess up your car, leave it far worse than it was before the accident, FNB insurance will then try force you to accept terrible repair work and not care about the client.

The manner in which things unfolded seems racially motivated to me so beware of such people.
