Worst institution to deal with

Today I received a text notification that our body corporate account has been put on a transactional hold due to non submission of FICA documents. For the past 2 weeks I have visited the local branch and submitted the necessary documents. I have on numerous occasions contacted their office on tel ***.I have spoken to consultants and e-mailed the requested documents to them. They assured me everything was in order and suddenly today I receive the text message. Obviously there is someone not doing their work which is now become my problem SEEING THAT I CANNOT CONDUCT OUR DAILY BUSINESS TO TO THIS HOLD. I really have come to a dead end, AS i REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT THE BANK STILL REQUIRES.
