Worst institution on the planet

I am out of answers.. It is sad how our service industry is in complete collapse and FNB is a prime example of this. Why do they even have physical branches anymore? They can't do anything there, and they will tell you that themselves. They wil just put you infront of a phone and have you speak to customer service, or they'll send you to an atm. Assistance is a non existing term. And worst is I don't know where to move my money because it seems this kind of thing is the norm nowadays. Why are we paying these ridiculous fees? What for? It would be easier and cheaper for me if I could just keep it under my mattress. At least then I could have some measure of control and I'll probably lose less money too, even of I was ****** every now and then. Hopefully I'll find a better bank soon. Thanks for nothing fnb. And please change your slogan, it's becoming unbearably ironic.
