Worst in Communication & Expectation management.
I had to order a new cheque account card & have it delivered to me. Through endless phone calls & various obstacles I eventually managed to get FNB to issue a card.

I received confirmation that my card had been ordered, confirmed the delivery address & was told a courier company would be in contact with me shortly. After 12 Days, I still had not received a card or any communication from the courier.

I followed up with [Email Removed] I would be told to await communication from the courier or it would be followed up. I then requested information as to where the card was, could it be tracked, was there a problem etc. I was looking for some one to give me information. As per usual the standard cut & paste response that my request has been forwarded to relevant department and escalated. For what purpose I still don't know. It was never tended to nor a response ever sent to manage my expectations or assure me all was still in order.

I finally received the card. Thank you FNB but please realise when a customer asks a question & you commit to a follow up THAT IT IS DONE SO. That I cannot overlook. YOUR DEPARTMENTS DO NOT FOLLOW UP AND COMMUNICATE.
