Worst Horrible service ever

Worst service I’ve ever received from FNB, I would never in my entire life recommend FNB to anyone.

It’s been two weeks now looking for a credit card paid up letter and it’s fair to say that I’ve exhausted all means of getting in contact with FNB. Went to the branch, called collections legal, sent emails and till this day I don’t have my paid up letter.

What on earth am I supposed to do to Atleast get assistance.
