Worst home loan processes for existing clients

I have been receiving the worst service ever by any bank. FNB has been giving me the worst service possible over the past two weeks. I’ve been asking them to call me back and no one ever does after I call in and send emails, the worst part is I’m an existing private client and nothing from them. Guess it’s time to move banks!
