Worst ***** case assistance ever received in my life
********** transactions and FNB is refusing to come to the party and repay me my ****** money. Numerous emails, telephone calls, visits to the branch, asking and begging to be assisted, and FNB is just refusing to repay me my money. I immediately informed the bank of the ********** transactions that took place in Dubai, and it was still pending when I informed FNB of this. Not only did they have this useless pro forma letter sent to me (eventually after begging to get the letter sent to me) they don't even have the amount correct on their predrafted letter. I'm the 3re person in 2 months in my circle to have this happen to at FNB.
