WORST ***** CARE LINE EVER!

Someone just spent R4 000 on my virtual card IN DUBAI without any authorisation online. I immediately contacted FNB with no luck! They cannot help me or reverse the transaction. They also could not tell me why there was no authorisation on the transaction and only told me to contact the ***** department, open a case and wait 7-21 working days. I think this is ridiculous from FNB's side!
