Worst forensic team ever

Last week i received money through my PayPal account that was linked to my FNB business account, after seeing the payment, I checked my FNB account to see if the money has reflected in it but when I did, I did not see anything, so i went to the nearest FNB bank to lay a complain and they told me that the money will reflect in my account within 4 business days and i went home, after some days i found out that the money has left my PayPal account and it was not in my FNB account and on that same day I got a call from FNB forensic team asking me to provide a prove of payment which I did gave them and it has been up to a week now and they have not get back to me, I have tried calling them so many times but no response.
