Worst for Business Banking

The most unprofessional business banking experience. It’s been 3 months, and my business card is still to be delivered. After receiving confirmation that my card would be sent to a local branch, they suddenly let me know that the card will no longer be delivered. They refuse to use email as a means to communicate, ans insist on phone calls - assuming that you are in South Africa 24/7. In the real world, business is international - and employees travel for work - trying to phone me while abroad is a very low IQ approach. Single digits. This is the most backward business banking experience ever come across. Save your time, bank for your business with Standard Bank, Capitec, or elsewhere.
