Worst FNB Branch in South Africa - FNB Fourways Mall.
FNB branch in Fourways Mall is the worst branch in South Africa. I would recommend that people avoid this branch. We have been trying to get our organizational bank account from the methodist church and for more than two the branch manager along with his 2 consultants Ndumiso and Thapelo have sending us from pillar to post with no end in sight. There is no customer service in this branch, and I am saying this after been an FNB customer for more than 20 years. This branch needs to be closed.

25 Jul 2024, 20:43FNB still have not resolved my issue a month a now gone by and there is no end in sight. The whole Fourways Circuit LPA organization is now in full panic because they are not able to meet their financial obligations due to the fact that we are not able to access the account and make the necessary payments. The FNB Fourways branch needs to be closed because it is useless as there is absolutely no customer service.
