Worst F@cking bank ever
Again I am writing a review about the worst bank in the world. I have owed money to this bank not just because of my own ignorance but also because of FNB.
When you want to settle accounts it takes years to settle they never get back to you and they use Shady debt collectors that they found on the street. And they have people working the like Bianca Walters and Razzq Rais who never communicate for months so interest just keeps building up. And it is impossible for you to get lawyers because like in South Africa FNB just does what they want. They take money from your account without authorisation and when you query it they stop and don’t communicate with you. When you call them to resolve something with Razzq from FNB then he goes and does his own thing. I am just tired of dealing with this bank and there staff. You can log how many complaints everywhere nothing ever gets done.
So a few weeks ago i called them back after months with no response to close an account. They finally came back and said that they handed this over to legal and legal would contact me. So legal told me to pay an amount which I tried to argue but they said it was my fault when partially it was mine and also FNB.
So now I paid the money I requested now they telling me again that they cannot close it the same as the last time because there is an account linked to it. Interest is building up again. Is this not a type of ******ion.
This whole country South Africa tries to get money out of people by ****ing up this country and then forcing people to pay more to fix things but then don’t fix things and get more money out of you. Like they did with Eskom.
Now they are telling me to close the other account before proceeding to close this one. Why did they not tell me this that time. I guess people working here don’t know what they are doing like people running our country don’t know what they are doing.
