Worst experience with short term car insurance servicing department

Been waiting for a no claims letter from fnb sti servicing department since 9 Oct. Contacted them again and still nothing. Contacted private clients and STI and even they cant do anything about the servicing team who are clearly unreachable and not providing any service of any kind. All I need is a letter saying that I didn't use my insurance and they can't even do that simple task. I don't want to know what will happen if I am in an actual accident and need their services urgently
