Worst Experience with FNB Forex

I have had an extremely bad customer service from FNB Forex department. A payment that I sent to India has been "waiting for approval" for 14 days with no sight of having it resolved. I have been on the phone to anyone that will answer and every reply is that I will receive a call with feedback. This is shifting the blame and I am no where closer to having this resolved. My client is understandably screaming at me from India and all I can tell them is that FNB is possibly the worst bank in the country.
