Worst experience with FNB Ever!

I had the worst experience with FNB ATMs King Williams Town,mind you I have been using FNB for my bussiness and for personal use,on the 28th Sept 2022 at 16H50 my money was locked inside the Atm thts attached to the main branch and I quickly went inside the branch to report where I was told to login to my app and lay complaint there and I will be called by the consultant within 48hrs,yesterday I just got an email from Fnb that said my query cannot be resolved because they are unable to trace my transaction! So all in all I must just forget about 6 to 7thousand Rands that got stucked into their ATM!I am so ****ed by this kind of treatment from FNB,I am really considering to take my bussiness else where!
