WORST EXPERIENCE WITH FNB CARD DIVISION

<p>After I lost my FNB card, I went to Balfour Park Branch to order a new one on Saturday 17th September 2016. After which I got a call from the courier company on the next Tuesday/Wednesday, they took my address and advised that the card would be delivered within 3 working days, latest being Monday 03 Oct 2016. To date I have not received my card & no one has called/SMSED/Emailed me to advise what is going on. I called this morning to follow up, was transferred from FNB to the courier company who then transferred me back to FNB because they said my card was somehow sent back to the bank instead of it being delivered to me. A consultant at FNB advised that due to some mishap, my card will have to be cancelled, reissued, then sent to my nearest branch, When I asked, I was advised that It cannot be delivered to me as I initially requested so I have to wait for next Saturday to collect it at the bank, since I am at work during the week and that’s also if they would have delivered it to the branch by then, which at this stage I have every reason to doubt they will manage this simple task. I really need this card urgently, I lost my phone and need to order a new one, but I cannot do this as my online banking does not allow me to reset my log in information with my credit card number, it requires the cheque card number. Please can someone assist me urgently, I need my card delivered to me URGENTLY!</p> <p> </p>
