Worst experience referring to Department of home affairs FNB Burgersfort branch

FNB Burgersfort department of home affairs is under the wors supervision. The employee in charge of just handing out an ID card made my son and husband wait almost 3 hours just to collect the cards. People entering the bank after them got their cards almost immediately, now this begs the question, do you have to a specific race to be assisted in getting your ID card within a few minutes or is there a problem with the employee that is handling the ID cards.
