Worst experience for acc opening and business transaction

I opened a few business accounts (with Naasif Mintin) and was told after sending all the relevant FICA documents to Naasif Mintin that account is open. I then deposited cash in it worked i then set all debit orders to come off the account, more EFT were made to the account in that month. Then debit orders went off at the end of the month no problems. The following month FNB puts a hold on the account for FICA documents.

Please tell me why was the account active and working with the relevant documents but then a hold put after this has impacted my credit score for debit orders that have come back as unpaid.

Please advise on how this will be resolved. why was no communication sent to me about them putting a hold on my account. I just received a SMS stating they require FICA documents after it was put on hold.
