Worst Experience Ever with FNB

Ever since i opened my account i have had the bad experience ever. Last month i was told that i ma owing 210 rand while am not using the account. I did explained that i only need FNB funeral cover only. I went to the bank to degrade the account even today nothing yet has been done, the next thing they will put -100 on my name. consultants are not helping at all.
