Worst experience ever

I've still not received any resolution from this bank, I've been calling and I'm just being moved from pillar to post. They first promised to call sending texts and emails advising I'll be contacted soon. Then I was sent an email giving a number that I should contact them on and I've been calling with no avail. In so sick of this and want my issue resolved asap.
