Worst experience ever!

The wost experience I have ever had with any bank. I went to the atm at the garage cash express atm to draw cash. Before the atm could give me my money, the electricity went off so the atm also went off. I waited for the atm to go on so that i can get my money however no money was given. Called the atm express number and they said i need to call Fnb. I called fnb and they said I need to go into thr bank. I went into the bank and they logged a request. I then received an email saying my inqwas closed. I called in again and they escalated the inquiry and was advised that someone will call me in 4 to 6 hours. Its been 24hours and still NO feedback. This is the worst experience i have ever had with a bank. Someone needs to sort this out as soon as possible!!
