WORST experience ever!

WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I have been phoning FNB and PayPal for the last month, I wasted over R1000 on airtime for them to not help me fully every time I call! This is the most pathetic service I have ever received from any bank! My problem is still not resolved because of systems being down TODAY even though I already send an email 6 days ago which was supposed to resolve my problem within 24-48 hours according to them. Well my problem is still NOT SOLVED and I now know exactly why I will NEVER bank with this bank! A 1 star rating is not low enough for the service and experience I have been receiving from them!
