Worst experience ever!

Shameful experience Fnb are executor of a Trust fund for my daughter's educational purposes. I would like to add that I have issues where the trust administrator is always not available when her last email to me gave me a date as to when to expect payment - this is 4 weeks ago. The matter has been escalated multiple times and remains unresolved. Mind you I had started with the claim in January. Communication from them is non existent.
