WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

AGAIN Having the worst possible service from you guys. It's been over 3 months that I'm trying to get my accounts paid up and closed and I'm still struggling to get through to someone that can help. I have literally called every single number that there is for FNB and NO ONE is helping me. I just want my accounts closed and paid up letters sent. This is by far the most frustrating experience I have EVER EVER had.
