Worst experience ever

I submitted an application for a loan backed by my pension on April 24, 2024. However, I have been experiencing constant back-and-forth with no clear resolution. I often find myself in the position of needing to get feedback that I should have received without having to ask. Previous submissions went through without any issues. This one is a headache.
