worst experience ever!

On Friday 13/05/2016 in the early hours of the morning i ran out of fuel, and experienced the worst roadside assistance from FNB today and will be taking further steps. after calling the helpline i waited with my pregnant girl in the cold car for more than 3 hours, when I eventually decided to walk to seek help I got ****** by 2 men with knives, they took my one cellphone, cash I had in my wallet, and they left the older cellphone with me, I had to run back to the car and wait some more with my girlfriend, at this time Ive ran out of airtime and also informed the agent who spoke with me on the phone. after the agent again struggling to get my location I waited another hour, the tow truck people called me saying I need to have the cash ready, I then advised them as per the T's & C's(contract) the fuel will be charged to my bank account which they disputed, agent from FNB also called me telling me I need to pay the tow truck guys cash, so I ended up agreeing because I needed help and was taking my girl friend to work, so I withdrew the cash and paid. This is the worst service ever! the trauma we had to through is/was too much! Having to rely on these service is a waste of time and money, seeing that every month i pay for nothing!

I received an email from FNB accusing me of fabricating a story or not informing the tow-truck company in time (which wouldve been useless any way). i will be banking somewhere else starting this week!
