Worst experience at fnb Sandton city

FNB Sandton City is the worst branch I have ever been to. Waited an hour and a half to get assistance from the tellers, only to be told that the account is locked and I need to dedicate more time to get assistance from a consultant. To top it all, when we called into the call centre the account was not locked at all and we can withdraw. Ai what a waste of time
