Worst Experience at CPT Slow Lounge

I recently visited the Domestic Slow Lounge at Cape Town International Airport and was really disappointed. The place was so full and there were not enough seats yet we were still allowed access into the lounge. The host at the entrance did advise that it was peak time and that there will be a charge for my 1 guest however my entrance will be deducted from my available complimentary visits and she saw my 2 year old son and said he has free entrance. I now see that I was charged R900 for this visit!!!!!! This is absurd..why was I charged so much?! We literally spent 10 minutes and left due to this. My wife who is also a FNB private client, also incured a R300 charge for her additional guest which made no sense as there was hardly any space when we entered. Absolutely ridiculous to pay a total of R1200 for a lounge that did not have capacity to seat us and in which we spent a few minutes. More so this charge is ridiculous as the host should have not let us in if it was so busy! I have been to other Airports Lounges and this has got to be my worst experience yet.
