Worst experience applying for Home Loan
Worst experience ever applying for home loan, I have a pre approval for a property for an amount and on actually applying for loan being told i can just get 12.3% of the pre approval amount. Something just doesn't seem right. Requested to speak to a manager neither the manager he hasn't called back. I would urgently like intervention by the management to sort the issue out. Or else fnb will loose not one but the entire family's accounts.

22 Feb 2021, 11:35Not a single phone call from FNB, 3 days after sending the High Priority Reference no via sms. What does high priority mean and will someone call me urgently to reslove this matter as I'm running out of time given to get a bond to buy this property.
