worst experience

PATHETIC service... i was at the Gateway branch and they didnt assist Muzi was the person standing in front was not of assistance.. Firstly the ***** department is useless.. so i had a problem with my security being breached as my cell number for ewallets did lay a complaint no one has got back to me .. i advised someone is using my number to get ewallets and some or rather they have access to ewallet and my zero account that i supposedly opened which i never did . i will be opening a case at my local police station regarding this encounter ... even when i was speaking to the consultant over the phone a guy who cut the call and a lady aswell who didnt know what she was speaking about
