Worst ever insurances both life and short term

My review is two fold. FNB Life Insurance still no response. After they stuffed up my policy. 2nd is FNB short term insurance. My claim was repudiated after a hailstorm citing maintenance. The garden was damaged the inside roofing was damaged so they decided maintenance yet its never happened before but maintenance now when wanting to cancel my policy I'm told to route it through to the bond holders yet I personally took out the insurance. FNB knows how not to help clients. I wish the CEO can look into his staff and see what a bad name they are giving FNB. Lack of service. Lack of consistency. With other insurers they repudiate half of the claim and pay out other things like for example my garden being damaged where is the maintenance on that. FNB pathetic service.
